You can become a Work Space Leader and lease an artisan space for your working and business purposes. Work spaces can be used for your own private use, and if you choose, your work space can also offer monthly memberships to individuals in need of utilizing the type of work space tools your area contains.  Work Space Leaders will receive a percentage of the memberships assigned specifically to that work space. The monthly lease price for work spaces, includes basic shared space expenses, such as use of laser printer, scanner and copier that is available to all leaders to print materials for their space.

Confluence will also be promoting, advertising and encouraging the success of your business how ever we can. We are open to many forms of collaboration in order to make this work space beneficial for the whole community. Work Space Leaders and members will receive a discount on Vendor Booths in the Market Place to sell their creations crafted in the Artisan Work Spaces.

Artisan Work Spaces are not to be used for retail or general consumer sales, access will be limited to members, workshop students, and businesses using the Creative Conference Room for meetings, training and seminars.
